Gökay Yavuz

EXECUTIVE MEMBER OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Gökay Yavuz graduated from the department of Business Administration, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Marmara University and has completed his Executive MBA at Boğaziçi University. Yavuz started his professional career at Yapı Kredi Bank in 1989. After serving as a manager at various positions in Corporate Banking Management until 2001, Yavuz left his Corporate Banking Coordinator position to continue his career as Corporate Market Manager at Koçbank between 2001-2004. Gökay Yavuz joined the Mapa Group family in 2004 and served as General Manager of MNG Faktoring Inc. Yavuz has been an Executive Member of the Board of Directors since 2016.

İbrahim Ekrem Uğur

EXECUTIVE MEMBER OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS

İbrahim Ekrem Uğur graduated from the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Political Science at Ankara University and worked as an Inspector at the Turkish Commercial Bank (Türk Ticaret Bankası) between 1992-1997 and as the Head of the Inspection Board and as a member of the Board of Directors at MNG Bank between 1997-2007. Uğur has been working as an Executive Member of the Board of Directors at MNG Faktoring since 2008.

Şule Boz

GENERAL MANAGER - EXECUTIVE MEMBER OF BOARD

Şule Boz earned her undergraduate degree from Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Labor Economics & Industrial Relations, and in 1997 started her career under the MT program of Kentbank A.Ş. Having worked for the marketing departments of several banks, Boz served as a Branch Manager at TEB A.Ş. from 2008 to 2012. She moved to MNG Faktoring, becoming a Branch Manager in January 2013 and became the Coordinator of Marketing in 2017. Having served as the Deputy General Manager of Marketing from September 2020 to July 2021, Boz became the Deputy General Manager of MNG Faktoring in July 2021, holding that position until April 2022. Boz has been the General Manager & Executive Member of Board of the company since April 2022.

Berna Sarıdoğan

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

Berna Sarıdoğan, completed her undergraduate degree in English Business Administration from the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in Marmara University. She began her career at Başak Sigorta in 1993 and worked for Atlas Finansal Kiralama and İktisat Finansal Kiralama between 1997 and 2000. Sarıdoğan continued her career in accounting and finance in various sectors and worked in the Department of Financial Affairs of MNG Finansal Kiralama A.Ş. between 2005 and 2010. In May 2012, she served as the Head of the Internal Audit Center at MNG Faktoring. She has been serving as Assistant General Manager for Finance and Operations at MNG Faktoring since April 2016.

Erdoğan Mutluer

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

Having earned an undergraduate degree from Karadeniz Technical University, Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences, Department of Economics, Erdoğan Mutluer, started his career as a Credit Analysis and Risk Monitoring Officer at GSD Investment Bank where he worked from 2002 to 2007. Starting in 2007, he held several positions at MNG Faktoring, including Credit and Intelligence Officer, Credit Manager, Branch Marketing Director and Branch Representative. He worked as the Assistant General Manager of Credits and Intelligence from 2016 to 2019. Having returned to his position in 2021 after a break, Mr. Mutluer has been the Assistant General Manager of Credits and Risk Monitoring since August 2022. Erdoğan Mutluer, who is married two children, was a Board member of the Association of Banking and Market Intelligence for four years.
